Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before using the Kayro mobile application or the kayrowave.com website (collectively, the "Service") operated by Kayro Wave ("Kayro Wave," "we," "our," or "us").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. Description of Service

Kayro is a rental marketplace platform that connects renters and owners in Egypt. Kayro Wave provides the platform technology; it does not own, lease, or manage any properties listed on the Service.

3. User Accounts

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• Not share your account credentials with any third party.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Post false, inaccurate, misleading, or fraudulent listings or information.
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or discriminate against any person.
• Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right.
• Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, crawl, or otherwise extract data from the Service without written permission.
• Circumvent any security or access controls of the Service.
• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

5. Listings and User Content

Owners are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of their listings. By submitting content to the Service, you grant Kayro Wave a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, reproduce, and distribute that content solely in connection with operating and promoting the Service.

Kayro Wave reserves the right to remove any listing or user content that violates these Terms or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate.

6. No Endorsement

Kayro Wave does not endorse any user, listing, or transaction. We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any listing or user-generated content on the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the Service - including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software - are owned by Kayro Wave or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. KAYRO WAVE DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, KAYRO WAVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR EGP 100, WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service immediately ceases.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt.
